The Master's degree programme in Business Law (LL.M.) continues the fusion of law and economics, with the addition of soft skills. The programme trains managers for the higher civil service or for the management level in companies. It is all about problem-solving skills. The use of AI tools in the degree programme supports answers to questions about which decisions are legal, economically justifiable and, above all, capable of achieving consensus!
The programme is aimed equally at two different target groups: On the one hand, those who, as career changers, would also like to learn the basics of law and, on the other hand, those who are continuing a previous law or business law degree in order to achieve the highest degree with the LL.M.. Career changers receive intensive support in order to quickly understand even the most demanding legal contexts. The course offers an unusually wide range of specialisation options, so that career opportunities can be planned in a targeted manner.
The degree programme is an online course with TakeLaw and can look back on a long, successful tradition: the concept has supported the online degree programme in Business Law (LL.B.) at Wismar University of Applied Sciences since 2008/2009 and the online degree programmes in Business Law (LL.B. and LL.M.) at HFH since 2012. These degree programmes are now being continued at the Mediadesign University in a further improved digital concept. The university's Mediadesign expertise makes it possible to study on all end devices. The latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence are also taken into account and are also used in the examinations to improve studyability.
On the one hand, you can study flexibly from anywhere with any internet-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, PC) and examinations can also be taken ONLINE without any problems. All teaching is therefore optimised to meet the digital requirements of digitalisation. On the other hand, the degree programme is consistently geared towards students who have family and work responsibilities in addition to their studies: With the proven TakeLaw method, the degree programme is uniquely affordable, flexible and time-saving.
