Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can manage cookies and your consent for cookies that are not required via the cookie banner and set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

The use of cookies required for the operation of the homepage is based on § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.

You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to: datenschutz@mediadesign.de is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The

In this case, our service provider has submitted to the standard contractual clauses. Furthermore, there is an order-processing contract with the service provider.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as shown in the item "Objection to data collection".

7.2 Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements of Google Inc ("Google"). The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google AdSense uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). Through these web beacons, information such as visitor traffic on these pages can be analyzed.

The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and delivery of advertising formats will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Furthermore, there is no sufficient legal remedy for EU citizens in this regard. The U.S. security laws do not offer EU citizens any guarantees that can be enforced in court against U.S. authorities.

7.3 Google Analytics Remarketing

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one end device (e.g. cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).

If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history with your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every end device on which you log in with your Google account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device ad targeting.

You can permanently opt out of cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google account; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

The information will transferred to Google's servers and will stored there. Here, a transfer, by Google, may take place outside the scope of EU law. The transfer of data to the U.S. is associated with risks, since EU citizens in the U.S. are not protected in particular from extensive possible data monitoring by the U.S. intelligence services and other authorities. Furthermore, there is no sufficient legal remedy for EU citizens in this regard. U.S. security laws do not provide EU citizens with guarantees that can be enforced in court against U.S. authorities.

The aggregation of the collected data in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you can give or revoke at Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on your consent to the website operator. The storage of Google cookies as well as access to data stored in the cookies is based on your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TTDSG. The use of the information generated by the cookie for the evaluation of the described information is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. We use the Google Tag Manager for our own optimization of our internet presence as well as to save costs and time. This is also our legitimate interest in the integration of the Google Tag Manager (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO).
