Chia-Lin (Kevin) Tsai is Vice President for International and Mainland China Affairs at Chinese Culture University in Taipei, where he oversees international strategy, global partnerships, and academic collaboration in cross-border higher education.
His areas of expertise include E-commerce (EC), Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Management Information Systems (MIS).
He also serves as Chairman of the Chinese Competitiveness Exchange Association, promoting international academic exchange and collaboration between academia and industry.
At Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences, he contributes as a lecturer and advisor for international cooperation, supporting the development of international academic programs and institutional partnerships.
