T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation)
Build your academic foundation for the next step
Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences offers international Bachelor applicants a structured T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation). The courses provide subject-specific and academic foundations, strengthen academic English skills and – depending on the selected pathway – introduce students to relevant areas such as Business and Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science and other subject-specific fields. The aim is to close relevant knowledge gaps and build a solid foundation for the applicant’s next academic step.
The admission requirements for the intended Bachelor programme are assessed separately as part of the regular admissions process. Participation in the T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation) does not replace any separate assessment of the applicant’s higher education entrance qualification that may be required.
T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation)
Key Features
- All classes are conducted in English at our Berlin campus.
- Depending on the intended Bachelor programme and the allocation to the T-Course or W-Course, students complete subject-specific modules as well as Academic English and academic foundation modules.
- Regular and consistent attendance at in-person classes is mandatory. However, in the event of unforeseen delays or circumstances beyond your control, you may attend live classes online via our digital platform to ensure you do not miss any lessons. You will then be able to seamlessly join our classes in-person without missing any previous sessions.
- The programme includes internal progress assessments and a final review. These are designed to document academic and subject-specific progress. Admission to a Bachelor programme is handled separately and remains subject to the applicable admission requirements.
