Campus of Life – Keeping you balanced at mdh
09.12.2025
Studying at mdh means being creative, having new ideas and constantly communicating with each other. That is what defines our community. At the same time, it’s important to take a break when it's needed, recharge and figure out what truly supports your wellbeing.
That’s why we’re launching Campus of Life at our Berlin location: a new program offering practical ways to make your everyday study life more grounded and more relaxed.
What to expect from Campus of Life:
- Yoga & breathwork
- Mindful cooking
- Community evenings
- Retreats & small reflection formats
The idea behind it is simple: taking moments for yourself can shift your perspective on a lot of things, in your studies, your daily routines and how you interact with others.
To bring this to life, Nathan-Josias Boum is taking the lead. Nathan brings an unusual mix of experience: military service, international retreats, workshops on mental health, even a talk at UNESCO about this topic. What he’s learned along the way is clear: creativity needs a clear mind and inner stability.
“Vitality means moving through life with an energy that strengthens you and those around you. Inner calm isn’t something you always have, but it’s something you can return to.” — Nathan-Josias Boum
We’re excited to welcome Nathan-Josias Boum to mdh and to shape a program with him that supports you not only academically, but also personally.
