We couldn't be prouder: Prof. Natascha von Hirschhausen, Professor of Fashion Management (B.A.) and Design (M.A.) at mdh, has been profiled in German Vogue.
The magazine turns its attention to her work and her zero-waste approach — fashion designed from the very start so that no textile waste is created in the first place. Less than one percent fabric waste per garment: almost no label in the industry manages that. It's an approach that has earned Natascha von Hirschhausen, among other honours, the German Ecodesign Award (Bundespreis Ecodesign).
That an mdh professor is featured in one of the world's most important fashion magazines makes us proud — and it's a strong signal for our Fashion Management students: the themes we teach are reaching exactly the places where fashion's future is being discussed.
