From Berlin to Manila: mdh connects worldwide
04.03.2026
For us, studying internationally means more than simply offering courses in English. It’s about building real connections across the globe.
That’s exactly what we continuously work on at mdh. At the beginning of this year, our team travelled to Manila in the Philippines to host an international partner event. We met with long-standing partners from across South-East Asia and had many inspiring conversations about our shared plans for the future.
At the heart of the event was one key question: How can we make the path to studying in Germany even easier for students from around the world? We talked about new academic programmes, personalised support for international students, academic development, and concrete new partnership opportunities.
Representing mdh on site were Managing Director Martin Adam, Professor and Programme Director Mario Lucas, and Denicia Schulze, Head of International Admissions. Between meetings, discussions, and networking, one thing became clear: international collaboration only works when people truly connect face to face.
And those connections really do make a difference. A strong international network gives you more opportunities to build global connections during your studies and broaden your perspective. That’s why we think internationally and why we continue to expand our network step by step.
