METAMORPHOSIS TALK

The Courage to Rethink the System

What happens when a brand challenges the rules the fashion industry runs on? That was the heart of the "Metamorphosis" talk at Berlin Fashion Week — with Prof. Natascha von Hirschhausen of mdh right in the middle of it.

As part of the talk series, she sat down in conversation with T-Michael, the mind behind the brand Norwegian Rain

Natascha von Hirschhausen and T-Michael talked about what it means to design with intention: creating clothing on purpose, adapting without losing your values, and building value that goes beyond the single product. Two perspectives meeting at one conviction — that fashion can be thought about differently.

For mdh, and especially for our Fashion Management students, that's exactly the point: not just learning how the industry works, but developing the courage to rethink it. That an mdh professor leads conversations like this at Berlin Fashion Week shows where that mindset belongs — right in the middle of the dialogue shaping fashion's future.
