AI Meets Creativity: Pepperroot, CapCut and a Look into the Future of Visual Content

At mdh, we recently welcomed CapCut and Pepperroot Studio for a dynamic session that brought our students right into the future of visual storytelling.

Our guest speaker, Öner S. Biberkökü, Co Founder of Pepperroot Studio, walked the audience through recent projects and offered a sharp, practical look at how generative AI is transforming music videos and digital content. His presentation broke down the full creative pipeline, from early concept and look development to visualization and postproduction, giving students a real world understanding of how these tools are used on professional sets today.

CapCut joined us to introduce their newest AI creative features and officially launch the Gen AI MV Challenge at mdh. The challenge still runs until December 8th with a prize pool of 2,000 USD, inviting our students to push their storytelling skills in new directions.

The room was packed with thoughtful questions and conversations that continued long after the session ended. Events like this reflect our mission at mdh: to connect students with emerging industry practices, to encourage experimentation, and to prepare them for the creative futures already unfolding around us.
