We’ve officially started our summer semester – for many, this also marks the beginning of a new chapter in life. Behind us are the onboarding days for our new students at Mediadesign Hochschule, and this semester we were happy to welcome an especially large number of new faces.

During the first few days, things are still a bit more relaxed for those who are new. It’s all about getting to know people, having first conversations, and finding your way around. This start is supported by a great team of lecturers and staff who work behind the scenes to make sure all open questions are answered and everyone settles in well. Step by step, this gradually leads into everyday student life. The first classes begin, the timetable becomes clearer and at some point everything feels a little less new and routine starts to set in.

With that in mind: to everyone who is new here: great to have you with us. And to everyone returning: welcome back.
