The Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs for those who want to turn their passion into an academic qualification.

All on-campus programs are accredited by the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (ZEvA), ensuring reliable quality and recognized degrees. At the same time, the study experience is deliberately practice-oriented: theoretical knowledge is applied directly in projects, allowing you to develop an early understanding of real industry requirements. Our lecturers come from the creative industries and bring first-hand perspectives and experience into their teaching. At our campuses in Berlin and Düsseldorf, you also benefit from a highly connected industry environment, ideal conditions for building networks and sharpening your professional direction while you study.

Apprenticeships and further education

At Mediadesign University, we also offer future-oriented vocational training programs with an IHK qualification. You can train in Media Design and Digital Print, Media Design Image & Sound, as well as in our games program: Game Design.

If you are already working and want to upskill or reorient yourself in the design field, we offer further education programs in areas such as graphic design, UX/UI design or online marketing. mdh continuing education courses are delivered online and typically take place in the evenings on one or two days per week over several weeks. Upon completion, you will receive a university certificate.
